The National Stadium utilizes a Sportflex Super X rubber track. It has reached the IAAF track standard 1. The main track covers an area of 14,000 m2, and measures 195m from north to south and 126m from east to west. The inside track is 400m long while the outermost lane is 432m long.
Perimeter of the track
The minimum distance between the outermost lane and the stands extends beyond three meters. The long / triple jump pits and the 100m straightaways enjoy a distance of above six meters from both the east and the west stands. The lane markers and the ninth lane start of the 110 hurdles are more than 1000 mm away from the lower concrete railing.
The surface of the perimeter is made of the same material as the track to better accommodate athletes wearing spike shoes.
Turf
Its total area is approximately 7800㎡. The soccer field is 110m long from north to south and 72m from east to west. The irrigation system is made up of six high pressure water guns which, each covering a radius of 30m, are able to cover the entire field. Outdoor warm-up field
The warm-up area in the northwest of the stadium contains:

• Warm-up training field: soccer field
• Warm-up training track: nine straight lanes + eight 400m lanes, with a steeplechase water jump in the North D Zone
• Long / high jump warm-up field:

• Warm-up field for throwing events: javelin, discus, hammer, 2×shot put (east)

The permanent stands along the west and north sides of the finish line offer a total of 2000 seats. Turf
