In order for visitors to familiarize wit the Bird’s Nest even more, we have set up free guided tours at the following locations: entrance KL on the first floor of the Bird’s Nest, VIP area, and Top Wonder of Bird's Nest. To guarantee a satisfactory tour, we have designed the guided tour to top standards, with professionally trained tour guides in place.

In the north of Bird’s Nest Floor One lies the Information Center, which is in charge of consultation, wheelchair depository, emergency management, lost-and-found broadcasting, lending, charging, complaint, and other important services.

On the first floor, foreign visitors can exchange currency at the Foreign Currency Exchange Counter.

Our heartfelt consideration is also stretched into the Medical Center which will offer services to anyone who is not feeling well at any time. In addition, the "999" emergency cars with medical professionals are ready for any eventuality.
