National Stadium (Bird's Nest) is located at the central area of Beijing Olympic Park, covering an area of 20.4 hectares, with a construction area of 258,000 square meters, which can accommodate 91,000 audiences. As a top-grade sports building, the main structure was designed with 100 years service life. The main building of Bird's Nest is an elliptical bird's nest shaped by a series of steel trusses around the bowl-shaped seating area. It is 333 m long from north to south, 296m wide from east to west, and 69m high at the highest point. The construction of National Stadium began on December 24, 2003 and was completed on June 28, 2008.

The successful holding of the Beijing Summer and the Winter Olympic Games has cast the Dual Olympic Brand of the "Bird's Nest", and also trained a team that has stood the test of major tasks to provide an important opportunity of the sustainable development of the "Bird's Nest" in the new era.
